Deposits and tattoos are non-refundable under Frankie's booking policy, subject to your statutory consumer rights. With at least 48 hours' notice, a deposit can be transferred to a new date. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

After your deposit, expect to receive your design 1–2 days before your appointment. Minor tweaks are welcome; major changes may require extra design time and a rescheduled appointment. For lettering, please choose a font in advance. Reference images help, but AI-generated concepts may need adjusting to work as a lasting tattoo.

That's completely normal! The studio is relaxed and friendly. We'll work together on the size and placement, and you're welcome to ask questions or take breaks. Pain varies from person to person and by placement.

Bring valid photo ID, eat well, drink water, get some sleep, avoid alcohol and sunburn, and wear comfortable clothes that allow access to the tattoo area. Moisturise beforehand, but don't shave the area yourself. For longer sessions, bring food or snacks.

One guest is usually fine, subject to studio space. Frankie doesn't supply numbing cream; tell her in advance if you intend to use it, and patch-test an appropriate product first.

Allow at least three weeks of healing before a retouch. Touch-ups on hands, fingers and feet carry a small charge because ink is more prone to dropping out in these areas. Touch-ups elsewhere are free under Frankie's published policy. If time allows, an existing piece can be retouched during another booked session.

You must be 18 or over for a tattoo in the UK; bring valid photographic ID. Frankie is fully licensed and carries public liability and other relevant insurance. Follow the aftercare advice given at your appointment, and raise any health or skin concerns before tattooing.
